Our history
Payresa was born in 1976, founded by Eloísa Zumaquero and Antonio Jiménez González, who spotted a growing demand for flooring in Málaga with no specialised supply. What began as a small point of sale has grown over almost five decades into a business group with three branches of activity and a presence throughout Andalusia and the rest of the Peninsula.

Payresa
Sale, distribution and installation of flooring and wall coverings for private clients and construction projects. Parquet, floorboards, vinyl flooring, PVC, carpets, ceilings and doors. Direct service from our store in Málaga and across the Costa del Sol.
Payrepar
Created in 2003, Payrepar handles the specialised distribution, supply and installation of parquet and floorboards throughout Andalusia. Points of sale in Málaga, Marbella and Estepona, with a sales team serving installers and distributors.
Payresport
A branch created in 2006 specialising in sports equipment, artificial turf and urban furniture. It works with public administrations, sports clubs and facility developers throughout southern Spain.

A single installation price for all materials
At Payresa we charge the same for installation regardless of the material you choose. What varies is the price of the product. That way, from the very first quote, you know exactly what you are going to pay, with no hidden costs.
Random technical inspection during the works
Our own technician makes unannounced inspection visits to our installers while they work on site. We do not wait for the client to detect a problem: we prevent it before it happens.
Clients and sectors
Our experience covers the entire spectrum of the sector: from the private client who wants to renovate the floor of their home to the developer who needs to install parquet in large developments, as well as hospitals, hotels, shopping centres and restaurant chains at national level.
In the construction field, we work mainly on homes and flats, regularly collaborating with construction companies and developers. We also have an extensive track record in larger-scale projects, especially in hospitals (where we mainly install PVC flooring), as well as in hotels and shopping centres.
For private clients, the process begins with a free technical visit to the home to prepare a detailed quote. In the case of construction companies and developers, we adapt to the project specifications and submit our offer directly.
We work regularly in Andalusia and travel to any part of Spain when the project requires it.
